This version of VCW VicMan's Photo Editor is an UPGRADABLE freeware.

It means that you can use it version for free in any purposes including
home, web, commercial and so on. You are not obliged to pay for it by ANY
means. It has no trial limitations and is enough for editing your photos
and web graphics.

But it does not provide you some advanced image editing features that are
available ONLY in the non-free PROFESSIONAL (PRO) version. And it contains
a window that advertises benefits of the PROFESSIONAL version.

1. It can't work with images with width or height exceeding 1000 pixels.

If your image is bigger, our program will resize it right after loading
keeping aspect ratio (without changing your file, certainly).

2. It can't work with more than two images simultaneously.

If you are trying to open/create third one, it will offer you to replace
one of currently opened images with it.


3. It can't export images to GIF file format.

Would you try to access this feature, program will inform you that it is not
available and offer you to purchase PROFESSIONAL version.

4. Cloning tools are disabled

This advanced feature was added only in the PROFESSIONAL version of our product.


We added "Gif Export" and "Cloning tools" in the interface of the free version
only to make it similar to the PRO interface thus making it easier to upgrade.

All copyrights to VCW VicMan's Photo Editor are owned by VicMan Software.

VicMan Software makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated
from VCW VicMan's Photo Editor software and, with respect thereto, VicMan Software
shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind
resulting from using or misusing VCW VicMan's Photo Editor including without limitation,
any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by
you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction.
VicMan Software shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential
damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken
thereunder.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE OUR PRODUCT
AT YOUR OWN RISK. VicMan Software DISCLAIMS ALL
WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE
LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
licenced program, or any subset of the licenced program, except as
provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by VicMan Software.

Installing and/or using VCW VicMan's Photo Editor signifies
acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

If you do not agree with the terms of this licence you must remove
VCW VicMan's Photo Editor files from your storage devices
and cease to use the product.
